Hoop Bus

Hoop Bus is a nonprofit dedicated to spreading love and uniting communities through basketball. A nonprofit on wheels rolling across the United States and now internationally — always bringing the game where it is needed most. Team Hoop Bus is family, and my role within the organization is dynamic, strategic, and production-driven.

Strategy & Organizational Development

• Working closely with the executive team to refine organizational structure, clarify strategic direction, and ensure operational alignment with mission and values.

• Facilitating leadership discussions that strengthen decision-making processes and long-term vision.

• Cultivating an internal culture rooted in intention, alignment, compassion, and accountability.

Production & Strategic Partnerships

• Designing and leading high-impact activations that amplify the Hoop Bus mission on national and international stages.

• Partnering with major basketball organizations and professional franchises to create grassroots experiences that unite communities through the game.

• Developing innovative programming around marquee basketball events that connect fans, cities, and stakeholders to the mission of unity through basketball.
