Urban Hope is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and transforming communities through mentorship, education, and opportunity. Since September 2024, I have had the privilege of contributing to this incredible mission — working with the Urban Hope team to reach its fullest potential. My primary focus has been helping restructure the organization with tailored advising and facilitation across the organization.
STRATEGY & IMPACT
Programs: Initiating and refining mentorship initiatives and curriculum, ensuring the impact is as meaningful as possible for the youth and community we serve.
Events: Designing and facilitating events that bring together community members, partners, and supporters to amplify Urban Hope’s message and mission.
Fundraising Strategy: Creating innovative approaches to fundraising, helping secure resources that allow Urban Hope to expand its reach and deepen its impact.
Storytelling: Branding and communication strategies to raise awareness about Urban Hope’s work and inspire support from donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.
